LevelWolf (“we”, “us”) is an app for recording recreational games, ratings and progress. It is run by the LevelWolf team. These terms apply to everyone who uses it. You accept them, together with the liability waiver and the privacy policy, when you create an account. If you don't agree, please don't use LevelWolf.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. One account per person, in your own name. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@levelwolf.com if you think someone else is using it.
3. Playing safely
Physical risk, fitness and venue safety are covered by the liability waiver you accept during sign-up.
LevelWolf records games; it does not organise, supervise or referee them, and it provides no venues or equipment. Where the waiver and these terms both cover something, the waiver applies.
4. What you share
What you enter — your display name, the games you start, scores and corrections — is shown to the other players in those games. You keep ownership of it, and you let us store and display it so the app works, including after you leave: a game you played stays in the other players' history under “Deleted player”. Enter only scores you believe are right.
5. Ratings, XP and levels
Your rating is a number worked out from the results recorded in LevelWolf, starting from the estimate you give at sign-up. It changes as you play, is marked provisional until enough rated games confirm it, and may be corrected if a result turns out to be wrong.
XP and levels (Pup to Apex) count the games you play, not how well you play, and only go up.
None of these is an official rating or a guarantee of ability, and they may change as we improve how they are calculated.
6. Community conduct
Be fair and be decent. In particular, don't:
enter scores you know are wrong, or change them to move a rating;
harass, threaten or abuse anyone, in the app or on court;
pretend to be someone else, or create accounts for anyone else;
try to break, overload or get around how LevelWolf works.
You can report a player in the app. We read every report. We may correct results, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. A group’s admin can also remove members from the group.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. What is removed and what is kept is set out in what gets deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or stop the service; during the pilot it may change often and without notice.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect; using LevelWolf after that means you accept the new version. LevelWolf is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losing data you entered. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
