How to delete your account
- Sign in to LevelWolf.
- Open Profile and scroll to Danger zone.
- Tap Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently Delete Account.
Deletion happens straight away, with no waiting period.
What is deleted, straight away
- Your LevelWolf login and password
- Your name, email, weight, location and photo (and your date of birth, if your account is older than October 2026; newer accounts never store it)
- Your group memberships, connections and activity feed posts
- Open match requests
- Your badges and your stats (including calorie estimates)
What stays, without your details
Games you played and the rating changes from them stay in the other players' history, because their records depend on them. They show you as “Deleted player”, with no name or other details.
Reports you sent, and reports about you, are kept so LevelWolf can still act on a pattern of problems.
Can't sign in?
If you can't sign in to delete your account yourself, email contact@levelwolf.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it for you.
