By using LevelWolf, you acknowledge that participation in recreational sports (such as pickleball) involves inherent risks of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or harm that may result from your participation in any activity tracked, organized, or facilitated through the LevelWolf application.
LevelWolf is a score-tracking, rating, and community coordination tool only. LevelWolf does not organize, supervise, or control any sporting activity. LevelWolf does not provide venues, equipment, refereeing, or medical support. All gameplay occurs independently at the participant's own discretion and responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless LevelWolf and the people who run it from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in any sporting activity tracked through the application.
You represent that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in recreational sports. You agree to consult a physician if you have any doubts about your fitness to participate.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. LevelWolf is not available to anyone under the age of 18.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any venue, court, or equipment you use is safe and suitable for play. LevelWolf makes no representations regarding the safety or condition of any venue or equipment.
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. It sits alongside the Terms of Service; where both cover the same thing, this waiver applies.
